Where can I shop for THE DAD?
Right here. THE DAD items are exclusively online only from our website thedad.co.nz.
Can I personalise my order?
Yes you can. All personalised options available are on our website and they are labelled as 'Personalised' so you can either search by this or head to the Personalised category.
When personalising, you can choose a name and the date they became a dad to create your custom personalisation.
What if I made a mistake on a personalised item?
Ooops! If you have made an error please get in touch, with your order number and correction needed, as soon as possible and we will try our best to help.
Always make sure you triple check your order because once your order goes to our designer to mock up, we send it to print swiftly so you don't have to wait long to receive it.
I want something printed for dad but it's not an option on your site, can you help?
Probably, send us an email with all the details and we will see what we can do.
How do I know what size to order?
Check out our size chart for the products on the product page.
Typically we say stick to dads usual size but if you aren't quite sure we advise sizing up for the slightly oversized comfortable fit.
If you can't see a size you need please send us a message.
Can I make a bulk order?
Absolutely, it's best to go through this process on the website and place your order.
If you prefer you can also email us with all the information required and we will help you out.
How long will my order take?
We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible but with personalisation it can take a little more time.
Our estimated shipping timeframe (within NZ) is 3-5 working days.
